Total Investment - 7500.

7:15am Dana + second shooter arrive at girls' getting ready location to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
8:30am Second shooter arrives at guys' getting ready location to photograph groom + friends getting ready
8:45am Bride gets into her gown
9:15am Dana drives Kendal to Six Oaks for First Look; second shooter drives Alec
9:30am First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits at Six Oaks
10am Family formals at Six Oaks taken by second shooter; Dana to photograph reception space at this time
10:30am Everyone tucked away; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony space at this time
11am Ceremony
11:30am Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph remaining reception details at this time
12:30pm Reception begins
3pm Optional beach photos
4pm Reception ends

9am Bride gets into her gown
9:15am Second shooter arrives at guys' getting ready location to photograph groom + friends getting ready
9:30am Bride + bride's immediate family photos taken by Dana (would need to pad in travel time if you wanted to go to Six Oaks for these)
10am Groom + groom's immediate family photos taken by second shooter; Dana to photograph reception space at this time (would need to pad in travel time if you wanted to go to Six Oaks for these)
10:30am Everyone tucked away; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony space at this time
11am Ceremony
11:30am Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph all combined family photos + bride/groom portraits at this time
12:30pm Reception begins
3pm Optional beach photos
4pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have.  Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know.  I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment.  Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
